I found a mini iphone listed on ebay and it states that it's made by Apple.Is this true? My husband really wants it, and I'm going to buy it for him anyway, but for my own sanity, I'd like to know if they are lying or telling me the truth. He only wants a touch screen and something that will work with itunes, so it doesn't matter to him.

The Iphone is A pretty awesome phone. Aside from the touch screen feature it has a gps system which hopefully through updates will be from turn to turn which will save you from buying he navigation products they sell in stores.
It's probably just a image placeholder as Opera Mini does the page rendering on their server, a lot nicer than a big white space with a little blue lego brick in the center.
Great phone. However, I cannot connect to GPRS service. My telco is Vodafone Australia SIM only Plan. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
